Inspector is a client application to Claro. It can be used on Windows and MacOSX workstations.
Inspector connects to Claro using a WebServices interface. By default, Claro uses the port 8443 for HTTPS communication. This port number may be different in your installation. This port may not be blocked by a firewall.
Inspector works with Photoshop CC versions or newer. Typically, if new versions of Photoshop are released, there are Claro updates available within weeks.
The workstation needs a java runtime environment.
The installation will ask for the admin login and password on MacOSX workstations. During installation, hostname or ip number of the Claro server will be requested.
By default, Inspector will be installed in /Applications (MacOSX) or Program Files (Windows). A directory for temporary files and log files will be created in the users home directory. These paths can be changed during installation.
